Many people do not know how to keep a healthy scalp. Most Overlook the things needed to maintain a healthy scalp. What makes a healthy scalp?
Firstly don't wash your hair everyday. Reasons being that, you are stripping your scalp of healthy nutrients it creates to keep your hair healthy.
Another is, when washing your hair, MASSAGE YOUR SCALP instead of rubbing your scalp. Massaging stimulates your hair to grow.
Thirdly, Applying a good oil containing essential vitamins that are beneficial to your hair. Look for ingredients such as Coconut oil, Argan oil, Castor Oil and Vitamin E.
Lastly, adopting a healthy diet and exercise. Believe it or not, what you eat and how you keep yourself healthy also determines how your hair will be.
